Better Get Mike!
I’ve used Mike a couple of times. I was recently dealing with a very complex case, I can assure you, I would not have hired any other attorney in Colorado Springs with my case. I was looking at jail time for sure. One of the main reasons I wouldn’t use any other attorney, Mike is liked in the community, he is liked downtown at the courthouse, that is very important on any case, I didn’t want an attorney that was disliked by the DA’s office and would not work with my attorney. Why would I want to pay an Attorney that couldn’t help me much. Mike also knows the law very well, he displayed that to me on a high level. My life was on the line and needless to say I was extremely worried. Mike got my case dismissed and the Judge sealed it. If you need a great attorney, you Better Get Mike!

The best DUI lawyer in the springs!! It was a big pleasure working with Mike Moran, I had very little involvement with the case and left Mike to do his work and he went above and beyond with my DUI case, yes it was my first DUI but it had no effect on my driving privileges or even my record, he got me a differed judgment and on top of that very little court fines and that’s it!! Other lawyers I’ve worked with seemed stressed or under pressure, not Mike, he’s a very down to earth man who will comfort you throughout your case and get everything done correctly!! Mike is a great choice! Mike took a really bad situation I was in and immediately made me feel like it was all going to be okay. The cost was very reasonable given the time he and his staff spent helping me. Mike was honest with me during the whole process, explaining what he hoped would happen, but also what could happen in the worst case scenario. When he called to tell me the final outcome with the judge,, I didn't even have to go to court, he made the comment that this was the best outcome for us. I had to make that call on behalf of my son - an Emmy Award winning Producer and College graduate caught up in the Opiod Epidemic. Arrested in Colorado Springs and also in Denver Metro. He is alive and not in jail today because of Mike Moran and his staff, thier expertise, compassion and follow through.
Here's what you need to know. Never hire a lawyer that says that they do Family Law or Personal Injury AND Criminal law. You must have an attorney who is in the criminal courtrooms every day - that is well known by the judges and the prosecutors and district attorneys - who understands the timing of the court and its cases and can explain that to you so you clearly understand the strategy. Not a part-timer - but a lawyer with a full time criminal defense practice. If you are lucky enough to come across this review and you are thinking of using Mike Moran - DO IT.

Best Attorney in Colorado!
Mike is top tier legal representation who will work tirelessly to represent not only you but also your best interests. I considered my case a "Lose Lose" scenario including a 3rd DUI and Possession of a Firearm amongst other things but, after meeting Mr. Moran he completely took the burden upon himself. Mike Moran was the best phone call I've ever made after my DUI. I was charged with aggravated DUI, careless driving and a weapons charge since there were guns in my vehicle. Mike got me a deferred sentence and I never lost my license. My BAL was .34 and Mike found an error that the officer made during the stop. Every phone call/email was answered quickly and instructions given. After sentencing Mike called me to give me a pep talk and some great advice. He's the best damn lawyer there is.

Mike handled a traffic ticket for our daughter. He kept us informed throughout the process and basically walked us through what was going to happen. He even had us take some steps before the court appearance to help everything go a little smoother. On the day of the appearance everything went just as he described and he managed to get her ticket plead down to a zero point violation. Thanks Mike! In January 2016 I was charged with a DUI along with additional charges totaling 50 points. I also had a pending charge for careless driving resulting in an accident. I retained Mike and his team who had represented my daughter in a previous case.
Mike agreed to be my attorney and gave me an incredible rate as a returning customer. More importantly, he handled my case with incredible professionalism and patience . I have a tendency towards impatience, but Mike was able to guide me through the process with literally no stress. My case was extremely delicate and could have turned out very badly but due to Mike's knowledge of the El Paso County judicial system and well established relationships, the out was phenomenal and beyond my most extreme expectations.

Honestly can’t thank Mike and his team enough. I had two traffic misdemeanour charges from an accident I had last year.
